Shipping Policy

On Rabwah Shop, shipping is handled directly by each vendor. The marketplace generates a shipping estimate from the vendor's location to your address using DHL or another courier.

1. Who ships your order

Each order is shipped by the vendor who sells the product. Vendors are responsible for packing, dispatch, and choosing a trackable courier such as DHL.

2. Tracking

Vendors are obliged to provide valid shipment tracking for every order. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking, contact info@rabwah.shop.

3. Shipping estimates at checkout

When you enter your city and country at checkout, we estimate shipping per vendor from their location to yours. You may choose between DHL Standard and DHL Express where available:

• DHL Standard: domestic 2–4 business days, international 5–10 business days.
• DHL Express: domestic 1–2 business days, international 2–4 business days.

Estimates are based on the vendor's and buyer's locations. Final cost and time are determined by the courier and may vary.

4. Multiple vendors

If your order contains products from several vendors, each vendor ships their part separately and shipping is calculated per vendor.

5. Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are payable by the buyer.

6. Issues and lost packages

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, first contact the vendor using your order confirmation. For unresolved marketplace issues, email info@rabwah.shop.
