Welcome to Rabwah Shop, a multi-vendor marketplace operated by McSell Global LLC. By using the site at rabwahshop.base44.app you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The marketplace

Rabwah Shop is a platform that connects independent vendors with buyers. We host vendor listings and process payments, but we are not the seller of the products. Contracts for the sale of products are made between the buyer and the relevant vendor.

2. Vendor responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for their product listings, pricing, stock, and legal compliance.
  • Shipping is the vendor's responsibility. Vendors must ship orders promptly and provide valid, trackable shipment tracking to the buyer.
  • Shipping estimates shown at checkout are generated from the vendor's location to the buyer's location using DHL or another courier and are estimates only.
  • Vendors must fulfil orders they accept and provide accurate bank details for payouts.

3. Buyer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
  • Pay for orders using an accepted payment method. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Review vendor and product information before purchasing.

4. Orders and shipping

When you place an order, the relevant vendor is notified to ship. Delivery times depend on the vendor's location and the courier. International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes payable by the buyer. If a vendor fails to ship or provide tracking, contact info@rabwah.shop.

5. Payments and payouts

Buyer payments are processed by Stripe. Vendor payouts are made to the bank account the vendor provides in their dashboard, according to our payout schedule.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Listing illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Interfering with the platform or other users' accounts.

7. Liability

Rabwah Shop and McSell Global LLC act as an intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, including product defects, late delivery, or failure to ship. You may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
